Terms of Service, Abuse Policies, Rules and Regulations

 

 

This form is to report any violations to The Satanic Kindred Organizations in accordance to its Rules and Regulations. The following list contains the criteria for report on violating our Rules and Regulations:

  1. Members or non members are sending pornographic material to members through email without their consent

  2. Members are sending pornographic material to non members without their consent

  3. Members or non-members are abusing the system that yahoo-groups provides for the Satanic Kindred Organization for a means of communication

  4. Members or non-members are inviting members or non-members into violent or disgusting acts such as "the osculum infame"(in which the participant claims that he/she is the devil and the followers kneel behind to kiss the ass of the participant) without consent, invite and badger members about participating in Sado-Machosistic activities without consent, where a member or non member invites the member into ritualistic killing or sacrifice, where the individual invites the member into activities such as child pornography, child molestation or child abuse, where the individual invites the member into activities such as ritualistic sacrifice where the participant is an animal of any kind, where the individual invites the member into activities where an animal is forced into having sexual relations with a human being

  5. Members or non-members that invite members into such acts as cannabalism, sadism or necrophelia, or have made claims of these acts, continuing to pressurize the subject that increses to harrassment of the subject, or have made claims be it false or truth of murder, disembowelment or decapitation

  6. Members or non-members have uttered death threats to members, non-members and bussinesses on and off the internet

  7. Members or non-members badger members or non members about donating or giving them money

  8. Members or non-members are continuingly sending hate-mail, SPAM, or emails that sell their product to members or to the disscussion list

  9. Members or non-members send hate-mail to members of the disscussion list

 

The Satanic Kindred Organization Disscussion List Rules and Guidelines!

1.  Always include the message you are posting about.
2.  No One-line emails.
3.  No Flaming members.
4.  No Files (HTML is OK) but, NO attachments. You may upload them at the egoup site.
5.  No immature debasing behavior.
6.  No discussion of world politics, unless it helps to better the Satanic religion.
7.  No discussion of administration issues/problems on the Elist.
8.  There is a zero tolerance attitude to the bashing of SKO officials, SKO members, of the  bashing of other 
organizations/churches and towards infighting. Take your problems off-list with the individual that is bothering you, 
if that does not work, notify the council, if you are warned once you are gone the next time.  Officials include 
SKO founder/owner, any and all SKO council, Moderators and SKO Reverends/Magistras.
9.  This list is not the place to try to pick up a date or solicit sex from others.
The Elist is for ages 18 & up (18 & under need parents approval) and is not open to the public.  It is a  discussionary 
forum for issues about the SKO, magic, religion, morality, philosophy, and occasional announcements...
Any and all violations shall be reported to the Council, or an email sent to abuse@satanic-kindred.org you will 
be warned "ONCE" any violation beyond this shall result in termination of membership to list and banned for one 
(1) year.  Once the year is over, that person can reapply.  If a reinstated member flames onlist again, they will be 
banned for life.  This does not in any way discourage constructive debates, as we all have personal opinions.  By all 
means, voice your opinion, but do so in a constructive and respectful manner.

The SKO reserves the right to completely remove members and ban members who violate these regulations that we have set forth to proceed with our intentions of following through with our goals set forth in the current Charter of The Satanic Kindred Organization, and this will be done without prejudice, as all facts must be proven.

If someone is violating these terms, please use the form below, fill out all fields, decribe the problem in full detail, type members name and email address properly or type the name and email address of the non member that is violating the member(s) rights and priviledges. Specify if you would like to be anonymous or not, otherwise if you do choose to be anonymous, make sure that you have solid proof of the violation. Please have all original emails saved and ready to be presented to the abuse department at any time, when the claim is being pursued.

It may take 2-6 days for the abuse department to get back to you, in which time, do not respond to the person who is harrassing you, save all of the emails, as you might be instructed to produce email headers in which the abuse specialist will show you how to do so.
