The Official Mission Statement
of
The Satanic Kindred Organization.

The Satanic Kindred Organization was founded on the date January 11 1997. Before this time, it was simply a page, a very small one that I could go to and post my thoughts and rants and get some issues off my mind. Since that time, the Satanic Kindred Organization has grown to be one of the largest, well known and respected Satanic sites on the net, as well as it has recently, since June of 1999 turned into a legal off line not for profit Organization.
When I started it, I started a disscussion group for myself to learn more on Satanism, and hear other peoples opinions and thoughts. At the most part, the disscussions were based on the difference between Satanism as we know it today, per Anton Szandor LaVey and the devil worship that dates back to the fourteenth century. We dissussed how this difference could be established throughout the world, and how WE, the modern day Satanists, could change the face of Satanism. As Satanism, was still looked at by the media as devil worship.
I decided to make it an Organization so that it will be recognized and hopefuly respected by the media. And so far we have been successful in different attempts. And on the other hand, we have failed due to the ignorance and the blind minded individuals who did not care to know, or become educated on what really a Satanist truely is! So we decided to set forth goals. These goals, that will be listed below, are the current goals set forth in this mission statement and reside in the current official charter of the Satanic Kindred Organization, is something that we WILL accomplish!
Some may ask, "why these goals?" we have our reasons and the government has their reasons, and these reasons will be quite clear when you read them. And they are all good causes and are worthy to take part in!
OUR MAIN STATEMENT
"The SKO is guided towards Satanic unification between Satanists and Satanic Organizations"
As the Satanic Kindred Organziation has many goals, we will write them down here in the official mission statement, in point form, with a detailed explaination:
Our initial goal is to have an SKO Sanction in every U.S. state ( which is marked, and mapped out by territory which will is set forth every 500 kilometeres, execpt for U.S. states, where the Sanction owner is the official SKO representative of the entire state.)and Province in Canada( which is marked, and mapped out by territory which is set forth every 500 kilometeres) The distance of 500 kilometeres was chosen because that is the average distance that most people will consider "driving" to a desired destination (ex: vacation, camping, event etc...) If a Satanist were to live in the middle of this, they would be reffered to the closest Sanction, and the most distance, in maximum, would be 250 kilometeres, which is about a 2-3 hour drive, depending on circumstances.
Each Sanction will represent Satanism and the Satanic Kindred Organization with the utmost respect, in hope that they will carry out the goals set forth in the official SKO mission statement
We believe that through global Satanic Unification, we will be able to spread the truth on modern day Satanism and its history, per Anton Szandor LaVey. And by doing this we will be able to educate the un-educated, give strength and education to those who fear and do not understand Satanism, allow all religions to know and understand the differance between devil worship and modern Day Satanism. This will be carried out by giving speeches, lectures, interviews, media documentaries and workshops on the history of modern day Satanism, and speaking of the difference between the two. These actions will be carried out at local book stores, schools, universities and college's and other various places.
To help get the homeless off of the streets for good. Sure many have gone this way because of alcohol and drugs, but also, some have fled to the streets because of lack of work avaliable, no education, not being able to read or write, and we will be pursueing these by employing voluntary teachers of life to help these people out. It is not fair to these people that have to scrap through garbage for food, and we hope to fix this by getting our local grocery stores to donate food to help feed the homeless. this will prevent an easy death for them as the life expectancy, of a person who lives on the streets is that of half of the expectency of life for your average person which is seventy years old. We also intend to help pay for medical expenses, this includes innoculations, cold and flu medicines etc... We also hope to be able to find clothes donations, so that these people have good, clean and respectable looking clothes when they go on job interviews, and will be able to walk down the street with their heads up, and not have to worry about walking down the street with their heads pointed down, because every person that walks past them, looks down upon them with disgust. This is inhumane!
To raise money for local(s) abused women and children shelters. Provide food and clothing for them, toys for their children, help to pay for legal fees, by helping them find a voluntary lawyer to help in the settlement of a divorce within a violent marriage or relationship. These women need to get out of abusive relationships, as well as the child/children, do not need to grow up with abuse, like 99% of us Satanists did! Abuse builds hate, and when a child grows up only knowing violence, that is exactly what they will practice. This might help put a dent into the violence and the crime that is committed in todays society, and put a stop the fear that is enlisted into a woman and her child. Women and children should not fear men whatsoever, but if that child is a male, he will grow up doing the same thing to his wife and children, and thus, the chain is never broken, as well, the same thing for a female.
To have the definition, or
term of the word "satanism" in each and every
dictionary, changed. As of now, it says this:
1. devil worship, especially a French cult of the 1890's
that professed worship to Satan. 2. the beliefs or rites
of devil worship. 3. wickedness; a malicious or
diabolical disposition. And the word Satanic will be
changed. We are currently doing this, and when it is
completed, this part of the mission statement will be
removed. We are currently in contact with 22 dictionary
publishers who have agreed to change the meaning in their
dictionary, within the next 4 years. This is due to
publication processes and red tape. But they have agreed
to change it, and the Satanic Kindred Organization is
accomplishing this right now, as you read these words!
Now we know that these goals will be stolen, and others will try to take credit for its originality, and that is fine, but where you will fail, we will succeed, because we have the originality and authenticity behind it! So be original and come up with your own ideas! As the goal concerning the sanction idea, has already started its process, and the official date to the start of this project is July 22 1999, and already have five sanctions representing the Satanic Kindred Organization accross the world, and will be opening up another 10 or so by the end of 2003.
